Cancellation of orders - Sweet closety affair will refund customers if the item is Out of stock(OOS). However, if customer cancels order on his/her own accord, little or no refund will be given. For preorders: Once order sent in, no cancellation. If you cancel after i sent in order, blacklisted immediately. If you have paid beforehand, NO refunds will be given. For Instocks: Once deal is confirmed, not cancellation. If you cancel after dealing or go MIA, blacklisted immediately, If you have paid beforehand, NO refunds will be given, unless customers gives very good excuses, 50% will be refunded. Exchanging and Refunding Strictly speaking, there will be NO EXCHANGING OR REFUNDING unless in extreme circumstances. You will be asked to check your items thoroughly before you leave, for meetup. For instocks, we will check for you the item, before we mail out the package. All clothing sizes: Please check your size carefully before ordering, as once the order is sent, there will be not cancellations. For meetup, do not tell SCA that you have ordered or bought the wrong size, because after the item gets into your hands, it is strictly non-exchangeable.
